DocketSage

DocketSage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors science-policy activity across agencies and legislatures and turns it into a practical, searchable workflow. It pulls public sources like regulations.gov dockets, Federal Register notices, congressional bill text, committee calendars, and agency RFI/NOFO announcements, then normalizes them into one timeline. Users set topics (e.g., AI safety, biosecurity, research integrity), institutions, and keywords; the app flags relevant changes, deadlines, and comment opportunities. It also provides an AI-assisted “impact brief” that summarizes what changed, who is affected, and what actions are possible (comment, outreach, internal memo). The product is intentionally built for compliance-grade traceability: every summary links to the exact source paragraphs, with versioning so users can see what changed over time. It’s not a magic prediction engine; it’s a reliable early-warning and documentation tool.
