DockLedger
DockLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for commercial spaceports and launch providers to manage ground-support equipment, pad access, and billable services in one place. It tracks who used what (cranes, tow rigs, LOX/LN2 hookups, clean rooms, power, comms), for how long, under which work order, and turns that into auditable invoices and internal cost reports. The app also logs safety/permit checkpoints (badge access, training validity, hazardous area approvals) tied to each job so operations and finance share a single source of truth. This is not a glamorous consumer product; it’s boring infrastructure software aimed at reducing disputes, delays, and revenue leakage during launch campaigns. It integrates with existing access control and scheduling tools instead of trying to replace them, because incumbents and legacy processes are entrenched and budgets are tight.
