DockProof

DockProof is a mobile + web app for commercial fleets and delivery contractors to capture indisputable proof of pickup, loading condition, and delivery. Drivers follow a short guided checklist at each stop: photos/video, seal numbers, pallet counts, temperature (optional), and receiver signature. The system time-stamps and geo-tags everything, then generates a shareable “proof pack” (PDF/link) for dispatch, customers, and claims. It also flags missing steps in real time so dispatch can fix issues before a truck leaves the dock. This is not a full fleet management suite; it’s a narrow tool aimed at reducing chargebacks, disputes, and claims admin. Integrations push completed proof packs into existing TMS/ERP tools via API or email parsing, so teams don’t change their whole workflow. If you can’t measurably reduce disputes, you shouldn’t buy it.
