DockPulse

DockPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that fixes one of the most expensive, chaotic parts of supply chains: inbound/outbound dock appointments and carrier check-ins. It provides a shared, self-serve scheduling portal for carriers, real-time dock visibility for warehouse teams, and automated alerts when trucks are late, early, or stuck in yard queues. The AI component flags likely no-shows, predicts unload/load duration by lane/carrier/SKU mix, and recommends slotting changes to reduce overtime and detention. It integrates with common WMS/TMS via APIs and EDI, but the MVP can run standalone with CSV imports. The goal is brutally practical: reduce detention/demurrage, cut phone calls and emails, and give operations a single source of truth for “what’s arriving when” without a full WMS replacement.
