DockPulse

DockPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for warehouses and industrial sites to schedule, verify, and enforce dock appointments. It replaces spreadsheets, phone calls, and “first come, first served” yard fights with a simple carrier-facing booking portal, automated check-in, and live dock status. Drivers can check in via QR code or SMS link; gate staff see who’s arrived, who’s late, and which doors are blocked. The system flags chronic no-shows, auto-suggests reslots based on unload time history, and generates detention-ready timestamps. It’s a traditional app with a small AI layer: AI predicts unload duration by carrier, SKU mix, and shift, and warns when today’s plan will blow up. This is not a full WMS/TMS replacement—just the dock/yard coordination layer that most sites still run poorly.
