DockPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps shippers, brokers, and carriers reduce detention/demurrage charges by tracking appointment reality vs. plan at warehouses and ports. Users forward appointment emails, EDI snippets, or upload PDFs; DockPulse normalizes them into a single timeline per load and flags high-risk stops (tight windows, chronic delays, missing reference numbers). A lightweight driver check-in link captures arrival, gate-in, and departure timestamps without requiring a full telematics rollout. The app produces dispute-ready documentation packs (timestamps, messages, signed POD/BOL, photos) and a weekly “problem facility” scorecard to support renegotiation. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts and classifies messy documents and messages, but the core value is operational visibility and evidence. It’s not a magic optimizer—just a practical fee-reduction tool that pays for itself if it saves a few charges per month.
