DockPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that coordinates outbound order fulfillment handoffs between your warehouse and carriers. It replaces the messy mix of emails, phone calls, and spreadsheets used to schedule pickups, assign dock doors, and confirm load readiness. Teams create shipment “ready windows,” auto-notify carriers, and track check-in/check-out with simple QR codes. The system flags late arrivals, missing paperwork, and mismatched pallet counts before the truck leaves. It also produces a clean audit trail (timestamps, photos, signatures) that reduces chargebacks and “we never got it” disputes. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer that predicts dock congestion and recommends better pickup windows based on historical dwell time and carrier performance. It’s not trying to replace a WMS—just fix the painful last 5% where money leaks.
