DockPulse

DockPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps shippers, warehouses, and carriers reduce detention/demurrage by making dock appointments actually reliable. It ingests appointment requests via email/EDI/API, auto-detects missing info, and proposes slots based on door capacity, labor availability, and historical unload times by carrier/commodity. A shared “single source of truth” timeline shows check-in, door assignment, unload progress, and exceptions (late truck, no-show, short-staffed). The AI layer summarizes daily risk (which loads will miss SLA, which carriers are chronically late) and drafts dispute packets with timestamps and proof. This is not a full WMS/TMS replacement; it’s a focused layer that sits between them and the dock.
