DockPulse is a web + mobile app that fixes the most common warehouse bottleneck: unpredictable inbound/outbound dock traffic. It gives carriers and suppliers a self-serve appointment portal, enforces slot rules (pallet counts, equipment type, cutoff times), and provides a live dock board for supervisors. The system tracks check-in, dwell time, and detention risk, then pushes alerts when a load is late, early, or missing required paperwork. It integrates lightly (CSV/API) with WMS/ERP so teams can start without a painful implementation. The AI layer predicts dock congestion and recommends staffing adjustments and slot changes based on historical patterns, carrier behavior, and seasonality. This is not a “digital clipboard”—it’s a practical scheduling and visibility layer that reduces overtime, detention fees, and yard confusion without replacing the WMS.
