DockPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small-to-mid warehouses and 3PLs that still coordinate inbound/outbound loads via email, calls, and spreadsheets. It centralizes dock appointments, carrier check-in, yard status, and exceptions in one place. Carriers get a self-serve link to request/confirm time slots, upload BOLs, and receive gate instructions. Warehouse teams see a real-time dock board, labor-aware capacity, and automatic conflict detection (double-booked doors, mismatched equipment, missing paperwork). An AI layer flags likely late arrivals using carrier history and live ETA signals, then suggests re-slotting options that minimize labor disruption. It’s not a full WMS/TMS replacement; it’s a focused “coordination layer” that plugs into existing systems and reduces detention, demurrage, and overtime driven by poor scheduling and visibility.
