DockSense

DockSense is a web + mobile app that monitors and diagnoses mobile robot charging and docking reliability across a facility. It ingests robot telemetry (battery, charge current, docking attempts), charger/dock signals (if available), and simple operator checklists to pinpoint why robots fail to charge: misalignment, worn contacts, dirty fiducials, bad power, or software regressions. The app turns messy logs into a clear “dock health” score per station and per robot, with trend lines and alerting when a dock is degrading. It also provides guided troubleshooting playbooks for technicians and generates maintenance tasks with evidence (plots, timestamps, video/photo attachments). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional dashboards and alerts, plus AI-assisted root-cause suggestions from patterns in telemetry and failure sequences. Realistically, it wins only if integrations are solid and the insights are actionable, not fluffy analytics.
