DockSense

DockSense is a web + mobile AI app that monitors and optimizes charging, docking, and battery health for service robots (cleaning, delivery, security) across facilities. It ingests telemetry (battery %, charge cycles, dock contact quality, failed dock attempts, idle time) and turns it into actionable alerts and schedules: when to rotate robots, which docks are misaligned, and which batteries are degrading. The app provides a “dock reliability score” per station, recommends physical adjustments (angle, placement, floor marking), and predicts failure windows so ops teams can intervene before robots die mid-shift. It also supports simple checklists for on-site staff (“wipe contacts,” “re-seat dock,” “clear approach path”) and logs outcomes to improve predictions. This is not a full fleet manager; it’s a focused reliability layer that plugs into existing robot platforms via APIs or lightweight edge collectors.
