DockSentry

DockSentry is a web + mobile AI app for warehouse and distribution centers that automates outbound dock audits. A phone or rugged tablet scans a trailer at the dock (seal, plate, door status, load bars, placards, visible damage), and the system generates a time-stamped, signed inspection record with exception flags. It also watches for common “near-miss” conditions: wrong trailer at door, missing seal, open door while forklift activity is detected, or mismatched BOL/trailer ID. The autonomous part is a rules + vision agent that decides what to verify next, prompts the worker only when needed, and escalates to a supervisor when risk is high. This is not a robot; it’s realistic software that reduces claims, chargebacks, and compliance headaches using existing devices and cameras. Integrates with WMS/TMS to attach audit artifacts to each shipment.
