DocScribeAI is a mobile + web voice capture app that turns messy, spontaneous thoughts into structured project documentation. Users tap one button to record a “brain dump” while walking, driving, or between meetings. The app transcribes speech, extracts tasks, decisions, assumptions, risks, and open questions, then organizes everything into a living project doc with sections like Goals, Scope, Requirements, Milestones, and Next Actions. Each new recording is linked to the right project and merged without duplicating content. Users can export to Google Docs/Notion/Markdown and share a read-only link for collaborators. A lightweight review flow lets users approve edits, rename sections, and pin key decisions so the doc stays accurate. Over time, DocScribeAI builds a searchable archive of project thinking, making it easy to resume work and communicate clearly.
