DocuBridge

DocuBridge is a mobile + web app for refugees, migrants, and frontline caseworkers to capture, organize, and share critical documents for asylum, residency, work permits, and family reunification. Users scan papers with a phone, and the app auto-sorts them into a simple checklist by country/process (passport, ID, proof of address, medical records, police reports, etc.). An AI layer extracts key fields, flags missing items, and generates a clean, shareable “case packet” link with time-limited access for lawyers/NGOs. It also includes offline-first storage, multilingual guidance, and a “what to bring to your appointment” summary. This is not a legal advice app; it’s a document logistics tool that reduces lost paperwork, missed deadlines, and repeated trips. Realistically, adoption depends on trust and partnerships with NGOs, clinics, and shelters—without them, growth will be slow.
