It also supports instant document capture (offer letters, paystubs, IDs) with tamper checks and metadata validation. Landlords get a simple pass/flag summary plus the underlying evidence, while applicants get a guided flow that reduces back-and-forth. This doesn’t replace full background checks; it complements them by making the most failure-prone step—income proof—faster and harder to fake.
