DojoRoster

DojoRoster is a mobile + web app for martial arts schools that fixes the unglamorous problems that actually cost money: attendance, belt tracking, waivers, and payments. Students check in via QR code; coaches see real-time class rosters and skill/belt status; parents get automated reminders and makeups. The app includes a simple curriculum checklist per art (BJJ, karate, taekwondo, Muay Thai) so promotions aren’t based on memory or messy spreadsheets. It also handles digital waivers, injury notes, and a lightweight communication feed (no social network bloat). This is not a “cool technique library” app—most gyms won’t pay for that. It’s operations software built for small-to-mid dojos that want fewer admin hours, fewer missed payments, and fewer awkward conversations about who’s eligible to test.
