DoneOrDie

DoneOrDie is a mobile + web AI-assisted to-do app that forces follow-through by adding real stakes to your daily priorities. Each day you pick exactly one “must-finish” task and define a verifiable completion proof (screenshot, link, photo, or short note). If you fail, an automatic consequence triggers: donate to a cause you dislike, pay a small penalty, or notify an accountability buddy. The app uses AI only where it matters: turning vague tasks into concrete next actions, estimating realistic time, and suggesting the smallest “definition of done” that can be verified. It also blocks the usual to-do list bloat by limiting active tasks and requiring a cost to add more. This is not for people who want a pretty planner—it's for people who keep lying to themselves with endless lists and need an external forcing function.
