DonorProof

DonorProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile-friendly portal) that helps small and mid-sized nonprofits produce credible, repeatable “proof of impact” updates without hiring a data team. It connects to common tools (Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks, Google Sheets) and turns incoming funds and program outputs into donor-ready receipts, quarterly impact summaries, and audit-friendly attachments. The core is a structured “evidence locker” where staff upload photos, attendance sheets, distribution logs, and partner confirmations, then link each artifact to a program, budget line, and reporting period. An AI assistant drafts narratives, flags missing evidence, and suggests what to collect next—while keeping final approval with staff. The output is a donor portal and shareable links that show where money went and what happened, with clear caveats when data is incomplete. It’s realistic: it won’t “prove” outcomes magically; it standardizes transparency.
