DonorPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for gala committees and nonprofit development teams to predict and grow high-value giving around events. It unifies ticketing, table sales, pledge cards, auction results, and CRM exports into one “donor readiness” view that flags who is likely to upgrade, who is at risk of churning, and which outreach will move the needle. The AI layer drafts personalized outreach emails/texts, suggests ask amounts based on past behavior and peer benchmarks, and generates post-event follow-up plans within 24 hours—when most teams are exhausted and drop the ball. It also provides a board-facing dashboard that translates event outcomes into donor pipeline health, not just “funds raised.” This is not a full CRM replacement; it’s a focused layer that sits on top of existing systems and makes gala fundraising more predictable and repeatable.
