DonorPulse is a mobile + web app that helps religious nonprofits and donors verify donations and issue tamper-resistant receipts in seconds. Many faith-based charities still rely on manual bookkeeping, screenshots, or emailed PDFs—easy to fake, easy to lose, and hard to audit. DonorPulse generates a unique receipt link and QR code at the point of giving (cash, card, bank transfer, or online). Donors can later confirm the receipt’s authenticity, amount, and campaign, while the organization gets a clean audit trail for internal controls and year-end statements. It’s not a magic shield against all fraud, but it dramatically reduces “phantom donation” claims, duplicate receipts, and messy reconciliation. The MVP focuses on simple workflows and compliance-friendly exports rather than trying to replace full accounting systems.
