It creates a single source of truth for meds, doses, timing, and “as needed” rules, then shares it with approved caregivers and clinicians. The core value is reducing schedule drift after hospital discharge or specialist changes: every edit is logged, time-stamped, and requires confirmation from the right person (patient, caregiver, or clinician). It supports simple photo capture of prescription labels, pharmacy instructions, and discharge summaries, then converts them into a structured schedule for review. Reminders are reliable and configurable (quiet hours, escalation, missed-dose workflows). It also generates a printable one-page med plan for appointments. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI accelerates data entry and reconciliation, but humans stay in control for safety.
