DoseDiary
DoseDiary is a mobile app (with an optional web portal) for patients who need a simple, credible way to log medication side effects and produce a doctor-ready report. Users record meds, dose changes, timing, and symptoms with severity, duration, and impact on daily life. The app then visualizes timelines and correlations (e.g., symptom spikes after dose increases) and generates a concise PDF summary to bring to appointments. An AI layer helps normalize symptom language ("brain fog" vs "confusion"), suggests follow-up questions to ask a clinician, and flags obvious red-flag combinations with clear “seek urgent care” guidance—without pretending to diagnose. It also supports reminders to log symptoms and prompts after new prescriptions. The goal is not to replace medical advice; it’s to reduce messy recall and make side-effect conversations faster and more accurate.
