DoseLabeler is a mobile + web AI app that converts prescription directions (sig) into plain-language, step-by-step dosing instructions with a schedule you can actually follow. Users scan a pharmacy label or paste discharge instructions; the app extracts the medication name, strength, route, frequency, and special rules (with food, avoid grapefruit, tapering). It then generates a simple daily plan, reminders, and a shareable “caregiver view.” It also flags common ambiguity (e.g., “take 1-2 tablets” or “twice daily” without timing) and prompts the user to confirm details before it will create reminders. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a clarity and adherence tool that reduces mistakes from confusing wording. The product is realistic: it focuses on consumer-grade clarity and workflows, not trying to replace pharmacists or integrate deeply with every EHR on day one.
