DoseProof is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps veterinary clinics prevent medication and dosing mistakes at the point of prescribing and dispensing. Staff enter species, weight, age, condition, and intended drug; the app flags out-of-range doses, unsafe combinations, contraindications (e.g., MDR1 risk breeds), and missing monitoring steps. It generates a clear, clinic-branded client instruction sheet with plain-language directions and red-flag symptoms, plus an internal checklist for double-verification. The AI layer is limited to summarizing label guidance and surfacing likely interactions from a curated knowledge base—no “freeform diagnosis.” It also logs who verified what, creating an audit trail that reduces blame games and supports training. This is not a full practice management system; it’s a focused safety layer that can integrate via export/API to common PIMS.
