DoseProof

DoseProof is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for families and home caregivers managing complex medication schedules for seniors and chronic patients. The core problem isn’t reminders—it’s proof, accountability, and reducing “Did you take it?” arguments. DoseProof uses a simple, low-friction check-in flow: scan the medication QR label (printed from the app) and optionally capture a quick photo of the pill in-hand or blister pack before confirming a dose. Caregivers get real-time alerts for missed/late doses, plus a clean adherence timeline they can share with clinicians. It supports multi-person care teams, shift handoffs, and “as needed” meds with guardrails. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to detect obvious mismatches (wrong pill count/shape) and to summarize adherence patterns for doctor visits. This is not a pharmacy replacement—just a verification layer that existing reminder apps rarely do well.
