DoshaLedger

DoshaLedger is a mobile + web app for people trying to follow Ayurvedic daily routines (dinacharya) and diet without getting lost in generic advice. Users log meals, sleep, bowel regularity, stress, exercise, and simple symptoms, then map them to customizable Ayurvedic frameworks (Vata/Pitta/Kapha, agni, ama indicators). The app generates weekly “pattern reports” that show what actually correlates with feeling better, instead of promising instant cures. It includes practitioner-ready exports (PDF/CSV) so consultations are faster and more evidence-based. This is not a diagnosis tool and avoids medical claims; it’s a structured tracker with education snippets sourced from classical concepts, plus reminders for routines like oil pulling, abhyanga, and meal timing. Monetization: subscription for analytics + exports; optional practitioner seats.
