DoubtBudget

DoubtBudget is a mobile + web AI app that helps people manage imposter-syndrome spirals like a finite resource. Instead of generic affirmations, it uses quick check-ins to quantify “doubt load” (sleep, workload, feedback ambiguity, new role exposure) and then prescribes short, evidence-based actions: a 3-minute reframe, a “facts vs stories” prompt, or a targeted outreach script to request clarity from a manager. The app builds a private, structured archive of objective proof: shipped work, positive feedback, metrics, and peer acknowledgments—then surfaces it only when your doubt score spikes. It also includes a “role transition mode” for new jobs/promotions with weekly calibration prompts and a lightweight plan to reduce uncertainty. It’s not therapy and won’t replace it; it’s a practical tool for high-functioning professionals who need fast, repeatable interventions.
