DPAForge is a web app that helps small and mid-sized companies manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and privacy addenda across their vendor stack. It centralizes vendor records, subprocessors, data categories, transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs), and renewal dates, then produces a clean, consistent DPA packet from your approved templates. It also tracks signature status, flags missing clauses, and creates an audit-ready timeline of changes and approvals. This is not a magic “compliance button”: it won’t replace legal counsel or guarantee GDPR/CCPA compliance. The realistic value is reducing the messy spreadsheet-and-email chaos that causes missed renewals, inconsistent terms, and slow vendor onboarding. The MVP focuses on workflow, versioning, and evidence collection so teams can move faster and prove what they did when regulators or customers ask.
