DraftBuddy is a mobile + web app for running in-person TCG drafts and sealed events without the chaos. It handles pod creation, timed pick rounds, seat swaps, pack tracking, and pairings, then exports results for Discord or store reporting. The core value is operational: fewer delays, fewer disputes, and less mental load on the organizer. Players get a simple “next step” screen (pick timer, where to pass, who you play next) and a match reporting flow that prevents common mistakes. Stores can reuse templates for popular formats, manage waitlists, and keep lightweight player profiles (no heavy CRM). This is not a deckbuilder; it’s event logistics for limited play, where most tools are either too generic (tournament software) or too complex for casual pods.
