DraftLedger is a web + mobile companion app for fantasy commissioners and serious leagues that want transparency and fewer arguments. It automatically logs every trade, waiver, and draft pick with context: roster impact, projected rest-of-season value, and historical league precedent. The core is a “Trade Receipt” that explains who gained what, flags lopsided deals, and records commissioner notes so disputes don’t spiral in group chat. It also adds a lightweight constitution builder (rules, veto policy, keeper rules) and a season-long audit trail that new members can review. This is not another platform to host your league; it plugs into existing providers via read-only sync and focuses on governance, recordkeeping, and trust. Monetization is subscription per league with a free tier for basic logging.
