DraftMosaic is a web + desktop writing app for literary fiction authors who get stuck between “promising draft” and “submission-ready.” It combines a clean manuscript editor with structured revision workflows: scene cards, character/voice consistency checks, and a “revision queue” that turns vague feedback into actionable tasks. The AI component is optional and tightly scoped: it flags pacing drag, repeated phrasing, tonal drift, and unclear motivation, then suggests revision options without rewriting your voice by default. It also generates submission packets (cover letter variants, synopsis lengths, formatting) and tracks where you’ve submitted, response times, and version history. The goal isn’t to replace craft; it’s to reduce the administrative and revision chaos that keeps good writers from finishing. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for advanced revision analysis and submission tracking, with a free tier for basic writing and versioning.
