DraftReady is a secure web + mobile app for conscription and recruitment offices to manage the messy front end of intake: notices, appointments, document collection, eligibility screening, and basic readiness questionnaires. Citizens get a mobile flow to confirm identity, upload required documents, complete pre-screen forms, and schedule medical/fitness checks. Staff get a queue-based dashboard that flags missing items, duplicates, and high-risk cases (e.g., inconsistent data, expired IDs), with audit trails and configurable rules aligned to local policy. This is not a magic “recruit more soldiers” tool—its value is reducing no-shows, paperwork errors, and processing time while improving transparency for citizens. The app focuses on boring operational wins: standardized workflows, clear status updates, and defensible recordkeeping that survives audits and political scrutiny.
