DraftReceipt is a mobile + web app for contractors and serious DIYers who need to document insulation and air-sealing jobs without expensive equipment. The app guides users through a standardized “evidence capture” flow: room-by-room checklist, photos, short videos, and simple measurements (IR thermometer spot checks, humidity/temperature, and optional Bluetooth sensor readings). It then generates a clean, client-ready report showing what was sealed/insulated, materials used, estimated impact, and maintenance notes. It’s not a magic energy-savings calculator; it focuses on auditability and trust—what was done, where, and how thoroughly. Homeowners get a searchable home envelope log for future resale, rebates, and warranty claims. Contractors get faster closeouts, fewer disputes, and a repeatable process that new crew members can follow consistently.
