DrawdownIQ is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for renewable and infrastructure project finance teams to manage lender drawdowns, conditions precedent, and evidence packages without spreadsheet sprawl. It centralizes funding requests, tracks every condition and deliverable, and produces lender-ready drawdown packets with a clean audit trail. Users assign responsibilities to EPC, owner’s engineer, insurers, and counsel, then validate documents against a configurable checklist (e.g., lien waivers, progress certificates, DSRA funding, permits). The AI layer extracts key fields from invoices and certificates, flags inconsistencies (amounts, dates, contract refs), and highlights missing items before submission. It also maintains a timeline of approvals and comments so disputes don’t become email archaeology. This is not a “raise capital” platform; it’s execution software for closing-to-COD cash control where mistakes cost real money.
