DrawdownIQ

DrawdownIQ is a web + mobile app for groundwater managers and consultants to quickly forecast pumping impacts and flag risk zones without running a full-blown numerical model every time. Users upload basic well data (location, screen interval, pumping rate, test results if available) and select an aquifer “profile” from regional templates. The app generates scenario-based drawdown curves, interference estimates between nearby wells, and a simple risk score for common failure modes (well going dry, neighbor complaints, permit noncompliance). It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional hydro formulas and parameter libraries do the core calculations, while AI helps infer missing parameters from sparse inputs and explains uncertainty in plain language. It also produces a shareable PDF memo suitable for internal review or pre-permit discussions—saving time on repetitive analysis and documentation.
