DriftDiff

DriftDiff is a web app (with a lightweight CLI agent) that flags regression risk by comparing production user flows to your current automated regression suite. It ingests anonymized event streams (e.g., from Segment/GA4) and maps them to “critical paths” by frequency, revenue impact, and recent change rate. Then it highlights gaps: high-traffic flows with weak or missing coverage, flaky tests that no longer match real behavior, and areas where recent releases changed UI/API contracts. It doesn’t pretend to replace your test framework; it prioritizes what to run, what to fix, and what to add. The AI component suggests candidate test cases and selectors based on DOM snapshots and API schemas, but keeps humans in control with review queues and traceable rationale. If you don’t already have telemetry or stable CI, it won’t magically save you—this tool is for teams ready to operationalize smarter regression decisions.
