DriftGuard
DriftGuard is a desktop + mobile companion app for engineers and field techs who deploy inertial navigation (INS) in drones, robots, and vehicles. It ingests raw IMU logs (accelerometer/gyro/magnetometer) plus optional GNSS/odometry, then runs automated health checks: bias instability, scale-factor anomalies, vibration signatures, temperature sensitivity, and time-sync issues. The app outputs a plain-language report with pass/fail thresholds, likely root causes, and concrete fixes (mounting, filtering, calibration steps, sensor replacement). It also provides a replayable trajectory viewer to compare INS-only vs fused solutions and quantify drift over time. This is not a consumer navigation app; it’s a pragmatic diagnostic tool that saves hours of guessing when a platform “mysteriously” drifts. AI is used narrowly for anomaly classification and report drafting, not for replacing deterministic estimation math.
