DriftLedger

DriftLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors operational signals that typically precede project failure: decision latency, unresolved dependencies, repeated scope churn, blocked work age, and risk owner inactivity. Instead of asking teams to “update the risk register,” it passively pulls data from Jira/Linear, GitHub/GitLab, and calendars to build a weekly “drift report” with concrete, auditable evidence. It flags emerging project risk patterns (e.g., critical path items stuck, approvals stalled, too many parallel epics, rising rework) and forces lightweight accountability: each alert must be accepted, mitigated, or explicitly deferred with an owner and date. It’s not a magic oracle—bad inputs and chaotic orgs still produce noise—but it can reliably surface the boring, repeatable failure modes that managers ignore until it’s too late.
