DriftLedger
DriftLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that detects when real work no longer matches documented procedures—one of the most common roots of operational process failure. It connects to the tools teams already use (Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Google Workspace/Confluence) and builds a lightweight “expected workflow” from approved SOPs and recent historical execution patterns. When steps are skipped, approvals happen out of order, or handoffs stall beyond thresholds, it flags the drift, requests a quick reason code, and logs evidence for audit and postmortems. It also provides a simple control dashboard: top drifting processes, repeat offenders (processes, not people), and the business impact (rework hours, incident correlation). This is not a magic autopilot—it's a practical early-warning system that reduces surprises and makes process adherence measurable without turning teams into checkbox robots.
