DrillLedger

DrillLedger is a web app (with optional CLI agent) that automates and documents disaster recovery drills across cloud environments. It schedules controlled failover tests, captures evidence (RTO/RPO, service health, dependency checks), and produces audit-ready reports for SOC 2/ISO 27001 and customer due diligence. The app focuses on the unglamorous reality: most teams don’t run drills because they’re risky, time-consuming, and nobody wants to own the paperwork. DrillLedger integrates with AWS/Azure/GCP to run safe, scoped tests (e.g., restore a subset of databases, replay traffic in a sandbox, validate DNS cutover steps) and flags gaps like missing runbooks, stale backups, or IAM permissions that will break during an incident. An AI assistant helps convert messy runbooks and incident notes into step-by-step drill plans and post-mortems, but the core value is repeatable execution and evidence, not “magic AI.”
