DrillLedger

DrillLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns business continuity from a static document into a measurable practice. It schedules tabletop exercises and lightweight live drills, assigns roles, and captures evidence (timestamps, screenshots, call logs, decision notes) into an audit-ready “drill ledger.” After each exercise, it generates a clear after-action report: what failed, how long recovery actually took, and which dependencies (vendors, systems, people) caused delays. It also tracks corrective actions with owners and due dates, and repeats drills until targets are met. This is not a full-blown GRC suite; it’s deliberately narrow: make drills frequent, fast, and provable. The reality: many companies have plans that look good but have never been tested. DrillLedger makes testing easy enough that teams will actually do it.
