DrillLedger

DrillLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns disaster recovery tests into verifiable, audit-ready evidence. Teams run tabletop exercises or live failover drills and capture time-stamped proof: screenshots, logs, approvals, and step outcomes mapped to RTO/RPO targets. It generates a clean “evidence packet” for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and customer due diligence, including what was tested, what failed, who approved exceptions, and what remediation is planned. The app integrates with common tooling (Jira, Slack/Teams, cloud status logs) to reduce manual note-taking and prevent the usual post-mortem chaos. It’s not a full DR orchestration platform; it focuses on the unglamorous part companies routinely botch: demonstrating repeatable recovery capability with defensible documentation.
