DrillLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized organizations run practical resilience and recovery drills and keep audit-ready evidence. Instead of vague “BCP documents,” it schedules tabletop exercises, outage simulations, and restore tests, then captures what actually happened: timelines, decisions, screenshots/logs, RTO/RPO results, and action items. An AI assistant turns raw notes and artifacts into a concise after-action report, risk register updates, and a prioritized remediation plan. The product is intentionally narrow: operational resilience for teams that don’t have dedicated GRC staff. It integrates with common tools (ticketing, chat, cloud backups) to pull proof automatically, reducing the biggest failure mode of compliance: missing evidence. The goal is to make resilience measurable, repeatable, and defensible when customers, insurers, or regulators ask, “Show me.”
