DrillLedger

DrillLedger is a mobile + web AI-assisted practice tracker that turns skill-building into an auditable system. Users define a skill (e.g., sales calls, guitar, coding interviews), then log short “drills” with proof: audio, video, screenshots, code snippets, or links. The app auto-tags entries, extracts metrics (time, reps, accuracy proxies), and builds a weekly “mastery report” that shows what actually improved versus what just felt productive. It also generates a realistic next-week drill plan based on your history and available time, not generic templates. A lightweight “coach mode” lets mentors or managers review evidence, leave timestamped feedback, and sign off on milestones. The core value is accountability and clarity: you can’t fake reps, and you can see if you’re plateauing early.
