DrillReady

DrillReady is a mobile + web app for National Guard and Reserve units to track admin and medical readiness in one place and reduce “surprise” non-deployables before drill, AT, or mobilization. It pulls status from existing systems (where allowed) and lets soldiers confirm tasks with evidence (documents, appointment confirmations, training certs) while leaders see a simple, role-based dashboard. An AI assistant summarizes what’s missing, drafts reminder messages, and flags likely blockers (expired PHA, overdue dental, missing cyber awareness) without pretending to replace official systems of record. The app focuses on the messy middle: getting people from “red” to “green” with clear checklists, deadlines, and accountability. Reality check: this only works if it’s approved, integrates cleanly, and respects security rules; otherwise it’s another unofficial tracker no one can use.
