DrillScribe

DrillScribe is a mobile + web app for coaches who run practices but rarely have time to document what actually happened. Coaches build a simple practice plan, then capture quick in-the-moment notes, attendance, and drill outcomes (ratings, reps, time-on-task) with one-tap inputs and voice. After practice, the app auto-generates a clean session recap, player development notes, and next-practice recommendations based on what worked and what didn’t. It’s not trying to replace a coach with hype AI; it’s a lightweight assistant that turns messy reality into usable data. The focus is youth and amateur teams where spreadsheets and generic team apps fail because they’re too slow to maintain. Exportable reports help communicate progress to parents/players and keep assistants aligned. The product lives or dies on speed: if logging takes more than a few seconds, coaches won’t use it.
