DronePermit
DronePermit is a web + mobile compliance and mission-logging app for conservation drone teams operating in protected areas. It centralizes permit requirements (park rules, aviation constraints, wildlife disturbance buffers), generates a mission-specific checklist, and produces an audit-ready flight record automatically. The AI layer reads PDFs/emails from authorities, extracts conditions (altitude limits, no-fly dates, reporting obligations), and turns them into enforceable rules and reminders. It also stores incident reports, chain-of-custody for imagery, and a one-click “regulator packet” (maps, timestamps, pilot IDs, risk assessment). Brutal reality: most conservation teams lose time to paperwork, misunderstand local restrictions, or can’t prove compliance after complaints. This app doesn’t make drones better—it reduces operational friction and legal exposure so teams can actually fly and keep flying.
