DroneSOP is a mobile + web app that turns messy drone operations into repeatable, auditable workflows. Teams create mission templates (site type, aircraft, payload, airspace class), then the app generates a step-by-step SOP: preflight checks, crew roles, risk assessment, NOTAM/airspace review prompts, battery/firmware requirements, and post-flight logging. It also produces client-ready PDFs and internal audit trails (who approved what, when). The AI component drafts SOPs and risk notes from a short mission brief and learns your organization’s standards over time, but keeps humans in approval to avoid unsafe automation. This is not a “fly the drone” app; it’s an operations layer that reduces mistakes, speeds up onboarding, and makes compliance less painful for small-to-mid commercial operators who can’t afford enterprise systems.
