DropDay Planner
DropDay Planner is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps creators run a consistent publishing cadence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters, and Patreon-style memberships. Instead of being another generic calendar, it’s built around “content atoms” (hook, clip, longform, thumbnail, title variants, CTA) and turns one idea into a structured release plan with deadlines, dependencies, and checklists. It includes a lightweight asset inbox: upload a long video, link a Drive folder, or paste a script, then map outputs (shorts, reels, tweets, newsletter) to specific platforms and dates.
The AI portion generates repurposing plans, suggested posting windows based on historical performance, and a “risk list” (e.g., you scheduled three heavy edits in one day). It also tracks what actually shipped vs. what slipped, and calculates a simple consistency score and backlog health metric. The goal is operational clarity: fewer missed uploads, fewer last-minute scrambles, and a repeatable system that scales from solo creators to small teams.
This is not a revenue analytics tool or sponsorship CRM; it’s an execution system for shipping content reliably.
